Agnieszka has a wealth of experience in data protection, GDPR and compliance matters.  Agnieszka also handles e-commerce, employment and consumer-related law matters. Her extensive background includes serving as a Data Protection Officer.

Additionally, she has served as a Compliance Officer in both the credit and insurance sectors, which involved participation in audits conducted by the KNF (Polish Financial Supervision Authority).

Agnieszka also offers advisory services aimed at ensuring compliance of cloud solutions with the KNF’s communication for the financial sector.

She conducts training and delivers lectures on personal data protection law matters and is a frequent and valued speaker at seminars and conferences organised by the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Agnieszka was one of the experts in the Working Group on “Artificial Intelligence” within the Ministry of Digitization.

She holds the Certified Information Privacy,Professional / Europe (CIPP/E) certification.

Agnieszka is the co-founder and chairman of the supervisory board of the „Internet. Time to Act!” Foundation.
