In particular, we discuss with our clients the legal differences between aktiebolag and Polish sp. z o.o. companies, or between Styrelse and Polish management board (zarząd), ensuring our clients are fully informed before making decisions about their business structure in Poland.

Employment

We assist our clients with preparation of all employment-related documentation and provide guidance regarding Polish labour law and labour market practices.
