Associate
Paulina is an employment law practitioner advising Polish and international clients on the full spectrum of individual and collective labour matters. She supports clients throughout the entire employment lifecycle – from hiring, through the course of employment, to termination and subsequent court proceedings.
Her practice covers day-to-day advisory, drafting and reviewing employment documentation and internal regulations, conducting employment law audits, and representing clients in court, enforcement and administrative proceedings.
Paulina leads negotiations with employees and trade unions, conducts internal investigations into mobbing and discrimination, and advises on the legalisation of stay and employment of foreign nationals. She also prepares legal opinions and delivers training sessions and webinars on employment law.
