Paulina specialises in employment law, corporate governance and M&A transactions. She advises Polish and international clients, particularly foreign investors starting their operations in Poland. She helps with company set-up, regulatory matters and day-to-day corporate work.
She handles the employment aspects of acquisitions, conducts B2B contract audits and ensures compliance with employment law.
She supports clients at every stage of the employment relationship – from recruitment, through day-to-day matters, to termination and court proceedings. She also advises on the legalisation of stay and employment of foreign nationals in Poland.
