Natalia Nader is an advocate (adwokat) whose expertise is supported by over a decade of experience in various fields, including new technologies law, IT contracts, media law, e-commerce regulations and data protection.

Prior to joining the _Just_Law team, she led the TMT & Data Protection Department at Everberg Law Firm for nearly four years. Previously, Natalia served as an in-house lawyer at Agora S.A., a leading media group in Poland. She specialises in providing comprehensive legal services to IT entities, including international software houses, public-funded IT projects, e-commerce networks and media groups. Natalia has extensive experience in advising major capital groups in the area of new technologies law, including the management of complex and long-term IT/new tech implementation projects.

She has a strong track record of ensuring regulatory compliance for websites, sales platforms, marketplaces and mobile applications. Natalia is skilled in providing expert opinions on intricate business models involving machine learning, targeted online advertising campaigns and business analytics. She also conducts due diligence and IP/IT audits, offers legal advice on marketing strategies and database monetisation and oversees complex IT/new tech projects. Natalia holds an Approved Compliance Officer certificate and has completed a Lead Auditor course in ISMS compliant with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017-06 standard.
