Tomasz combines his expertise in taxation with advising clients on the legal aspects of M&A transactions, investments in startups and providing ongoing legal advice for technology businesses. Through this combination of skills, clients benefit from comprehensive support from Tomasz in M&A transactions.

He also advises high-tech businesses at all stages of development (ranging from startups and scale-ups to international corporations) on legal and tax aspects of their operations in Poland.

Over the course of several years working closely with the international law firm Magnusson, which operates in the Baltic Sea region countries, Tomasz has gained valuable experience and become skilled at assisting businesses that operate internationally, with a particular focus on Sweden and Lithuania. His understanding of legal and cultural circumstances, as well as a well-developed network of advisors, enables Tomasz to provide effective advice to clients on their business operations conducted in the Baltic Sea region countries.

During his free time, he enjoys cycling or heads to the gym for some CrossFit training to lift weights.
